Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery. You will also perform machine modifications to support efficiencies and output, maintain shop tools and maintenance equipment, and train Operators and Maintenance Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery
  • Perform machine modifications to support efficiencies and output
  • Maintain shop tools and maintenance equipment in good working condition
  • Maintain facility mechanical equipment: steam, water, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC
  • Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders
  • Train Operators and Maintenance Technicians

Requirements

  • Automated manufacturing equipment experience
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment maintenance and repair skills
  • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) experience
  • Electronic machine control circuits experience
  • High school diploma
