Compensation: This full-time customer service position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $60,000 per year, along with great benefits.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our organization, serving as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and their families. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you efficiently manage the intake process, gather essential information, and provide ongoing support. From scheduling sessions to coordinating transitions in our ABA programs, you'll ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software applications
A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in customer service or client intake coordination is a plus. Familiarity with ABA principles and terminology is also beneficial.
