Executive Nursing Leader

The Whittier Health Network is seeking an experienced Executive Nursing Leader to oversee the development and implementation of nursing service objectives, performance standards, and policies.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement approved policies and procedures for resident care.
- Supervise and evaluate all resident care, initiating corrective action as necessary.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BS preferred.
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of five (5) years recent clinical long term care experience.
- Minimum of three (5) years supervisory experience in a long term care facility.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
