Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of geotechnical engineering projects.
  • Formulate project scopes, budgets, timelines, and strategic plans.
  • Conduct geotechnical assessments and engineering calculations.
  • Oversee field exploration activities and analyze geotechnical data derived from boring layouts, utility clearances, and laboratory evaluations.
  • Perform thorough reviews of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and project leaders.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives through community engagement and client relations.
  • Foster company values, a positive workplace culture, and high levels of employee engagement.
Qualifications We Seek

Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years in geotechnical engineering.
  • Robust technical knowledge and understanding of geotechnical principles.
  • Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
  • Experience in leading and developing engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Background in business development.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
