Job Title: Senior Engineering Chapter Leader

About the Role

As a Senior Engineering Chapter Leader, you will be responsible for leading our engineering teams to develop omni-channel user experiences and underlying platforms. You will provide technical leadership, influencing skills, and thought leadership to drive overall technology strategy, digital transformation, and talent development across the Digital Servicing Technology Chapter and multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to improve our products and develop new skills, learn new technologies, and languages.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and drive talent development across our engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment towards enterprise standards, tools, and reusability.
  • Establish or enhance partnerships across the organization to drive innovation and progress.
  • Drive scale and reuse by leveraging platforms and capabilities.
  • Accelerate and increase efficiency by continuously improving engineering and operations practices.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of functional experience in product management, technology, and/or business.
  • Advanced working knowledge of omni-channel stack, including NodeJS, Angular, TypeScript, Mobile Native tech, and automation tools.
  • API Design and Development and Microservices Architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Deep understanding of agile and strategies for maximizing the effectiveness of the methodology.
  • Ability to collaborate across business units, with peers, and leadership to ensure chapter objectives, KPIs, and standards are aligned.
