About the Opportunity

City Experiences is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in San Francisco/Berkley. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our regional vessels, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Attain weekly prospecting goals through proactive client outreach and identify warm leads for the account management team.
  • Prioritize and respond to inbound port leads, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Present pricing and promotions to customers in a clear and concise manner, increasing sales and revenue.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns by utilizing product knowledge and providing solutions.
  • Take the lead on post-contract follow-ups, including passenger count adjustments and upsells to groups, to drive incremental revenue.
  • Successfully upsell existing customers to higher-value options and enhancements.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate site inspections and customer needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support or selling role.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on guest needs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and establish effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
