Job Summary

As a Steward Supervisor with Levy, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations. This position is responsible for supervising hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of products to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Supervise and train hourly staff to implement company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure consistent, efficient service during peak hours, meeting customer expectations.
  • Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, ensuring physical demands are met.
