Job Title: AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our cloud engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS, including virtual private clouds (VPCs), subnets, security groups, and network access control lists (ACLs).
  • Configure and manage AWS services, such as Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), and Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS).
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on AWS.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, availability, and security.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of traffic flow management and service mesh concepts.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools, such as CloudWatch and Prometheus.
