Key Responsibilities:

Engaged in the HSG or ISG sector

Proficient in interpreting basic striping schematics and executing necessary layouts, including intersection markings. Effective communication with contractor representatives, field inspectors, and all field personnel under your guidance is essential. Responsible for completing daily required documentation, ensuring accurate logging of all yield conversions and confirming adherence to required specifications.
  • Execute striping plans and perform necessary layouts, including intersection markings.
  • Install Preformed Plastic and Preformed Thermoplastic according to job specifications.
  • Operate and maintain all hand tools, including milling equipment.
  • Manage and maintain the paint truck.
  • Apply temporary pavement markings.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and utilize appropriate safety gear (6-inch work boots with safety toe, hard hat, and safety vest).
  • Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
Additional Duties:
  • Possess a valid CDL and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Utilize mechanical skills and experience with equipment, vehicles, and diesel mechanics.
  • This role may require overtime, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain standing, sitting, or bending for extended periods.

  • Accurately complete daily paperwork.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Maintain excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
Position Requirements:

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
  • Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, machinery parts, traffic, and airborne particles.
  • Noise levels in the work environment are typically moderate to loud.
  • Regularly required to stand or walk; reach with hands and arms for up to 14 hours daily.
  • Must be available for overnight travel.
  • Frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of driving experience required.
  • HAZMAT certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and write for paperwork completion, road sign comprehension, and knowledge of federal motor carrier safety regulations.
  • Willingness to work primarily outdoors.
