Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training, directing, supervising, and disciplining crews and other workers as needed. As a leadership figure in a given project, you will coordinate employee efforts, evaluate progress, and provide assistance and direction to increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Progression Management: Provide proper documentation to workers, monitor and manage the progression of other trades, and forecast potential conflicts to minimize their impact.
- Staff Deployment and Communication: Maintain a technician scheduling platform, communicate with the Field Services Manager and Technical Management, and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
- Training and Development: Train employees under your supervision, teach them how to perform tasks correctly and efficiently, and arrange for necessary materials and equipment.
- Quality Control and Safety: Ensure appropriate use of equipment by employees and maintain a safe working environment.
