Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Project Management Office at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our large-scale technology modernization efforts.

About the Role

  • Refine and upgrade technology to optimize business processes
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive project success
  • Facilitate reviews and confirm project scope, resource requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and plans
  • Manage scrum team, lead scrum ceremonies, retros, refinement sessions, and other Agile practices
  • Maintain focus on project risks and interdependencies across the life cycle, making contingency plans to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget, schedule, and scope
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business/application areas for problem-solving, short- and long-term technology solutions, and risk mitigation activities
  • Drive results and resolve issues, including the ability to assess and course correct as necessary
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring clear, complete, thorough, and consistent documentation of status, issues, risks, budget, key decisions, root cause, and final resolution
  • Display strong organizational skills with attention to detail, evidenced through sound analytical skills
  • Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, managing scrum teams, leading scrum ceremonies, retros, refinement sessions, and other Agile practices
  • Healthcare/insurance experience, with prior CVS experience being a significant plus
  • Experience on large technology modernization/transformation efforts
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Rally (or Jira), RTC, Clarity (for budget management), or comparable tools
  • Dual responsibility as Scrum Master and Project Manager
  • Managed Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.)
  • Experience developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, executive presentations (proficient at PowerPoint)
  • Ability to drive technical and business conversations
  • Handled large platform modernization efforts, with PMP and Certified Scrum Master certifications
