Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans and providing support to families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans using the principles of ABA.
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
  • Collect data and monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Manage problematic behaviors through effective intervention strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with the clinical team and families to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
  • Remain open to learning new skills and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
  • High school degree or higher.
  • Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education.
  • RBT certification in good standing preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Passion for working with children.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check.
