Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans and providing support to families.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized treatment plans using the principles of ABA.
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
- Collect data and monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Manage problematic behaviors through effective intervention strategies.
- Communicate regularly with the clinical team and families to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
- Remain open to learning new skills and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
- High school degree or higher.
- Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education.
- RBT certification in good standing preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Passion for working with children.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
