About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
  • Ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification
