Position Summary
The Process Specialist role is crucial for managing production workflows, pinpointing inconsistencies, and executing trials aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards. Collaboration with production teams is essential, as is the ability to propose enhancements and keep precise records of data.
- Support manufacturing operations effectively.
- Enhance processes to improve quality and output.
- Recommend enhancements to formulas and equipment.
- Assist in conducting trials and generating reports.
- Provide training on processes for operational staff.
- Oversee modifications and troubleshooting of processes.
- Serve as a backup for shift supervision.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or relevant professional experience.
- A minimum of 7 years in cross-functional roles.
- At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- 7 years of experience with safety protocols.
