At Upstream Rehabilitation, Inc., we are seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist to lead our team as Clinic Director at our Pulaski, TN location. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Physical Therapists and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve business objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop Physical Therapist staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
