Key Responsibilities- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure a productive and efficient work environment, overseeing all non-legal support staff members and managing human resources functions.

- Manage Payroll and Finances: Administer payroll, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and assist with financial management tasks and financial reporting.
- Cultivate a Positive Organizational Culture: Develop and implement Firm and HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and improve workflow, coordinate and manage staff schedules, and conduct regular staff meetings.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Work with potential new clients, existing clients, and professional planning partners, respond to any concerns, and provide stellar customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree: In business administration, management, human resources, or a related field.
- Management Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in a professional setting, with a focus on human resources.
- Strong Skills: Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal, and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, and experience with Hubspot, CRM, and CMS is a plus.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
