Survey Manager

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Survey Manager to join our team in Ramsey, Minnesota. As a leading provider of community infrastructure solutions, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

• Estimate, manage, plan, schedule, and perform multiple survey projects and personnel.
• Apply sound survey principles in planning, evaluating, and completing survey projects.
• Review and approve field measurements, direct and assist with preparation of survey documents, and conduct field surveys as required.

• Minnesota Professional Land Surveyor license or ability to attain within 6 months with license from another state.
• Minimum of 5 years of survey experience.
• Good management and leadership skills, including operating with a sense of urgency, managing conflict, exercising tact and patience, and providing constructive feedback.
• Working knowledge and skills in CAD and survey software, including AutoCAD Civil3D and MicroStation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable at the Firm's standard rates.
• Minimal travel may be needed.
