S-E-A, Ltd. is a national forensic engineering firm seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a leading expert in the field, you will conduct thorough investigations and analyze failures involving soils, foundations, and construction-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical field investigations and analyze failures to determine the cause, origin, and extent of losses
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and support
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to document findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus, M.S. preferred
- Minimum 5 years of post-academic geotechnical engineering experience
- P.E. registration required
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
