Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement valuation strategies to help clients make informed investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality valuation reports and presentations.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • A motivated and commercially driven individual with a strong background in finance and valuation.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of six years of experience in financial services for Vice Presidents and a minimum of eight years of experience for Senior Vice Presidents.
  • Prior experience in equity and/or debt valuation or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with big four valuation firms or independent valuation consultants.
  • Master's degree or progress towards an advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • CFA designation or equivalent.
