About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee office administration activities, including Accounting and Human Resource functions, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage routine accounting functions, including payroll, documentation, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Supervise daily office administration tasks and ensure efficient performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with business classes is required, while an Associate's degree in accounting is preferred.
  • At least one year's experience in a company with annual revenues of $1 million or larger, preferably in processing customer orders and vendor purchase orders, maintaining accurate accounting records, and adhering to state and federal regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite Products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Planner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Profound knowledge of accounting principles and report preparation.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
