Reprographics Associate

Supports the reprographic and resource needs of clients while maintaining efficient and compliant operations.

• Provides high-quality, efficient, customer-focused reprographics services.
• Assists in preparing resources and client materials, including drafting, formatting, and printing.
• Operates high-volume reprographic machines.
• Produces marketing materials such as brochures, letters, posters, and printed products by client deadlines.
• Assists with stock inventory, papers, ink, and various supplies, as well as receiving and logging deliveries.
• Keeps the reprographics area organized and in accordance with safety requirements.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance with vendors.
• Interacts with customers face-to-face and receives over-the-counter printing requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years of experience in a copy center or reprographics environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and publish/design programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
