Reprographics Associate

We are seeking a skilled Reprographics Associate to support our client's reprographic and resource needs while maintaining efficient and compliant operations.

• Provide high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused reprographics services.
• Assist in preparing resources and client materials, including drafting, formatting, and printing.
• Operate high-volume reprographic machines and produce marketing materials such as brochures, letters, and posters.
• Manage stock inventory, papers, ink, and supplies, as well as receiving and logging deliveries.
• Ensure the reprographics area is organized and meets safety requirements.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with vendors and interact with customers face-to-face.

• 1-2 years of experience in a copy center or reprographics environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and publish/design programs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
