Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist Evening Shift to join our imaging team. As a member of our team, you will perform routine diagnostic procedures for clinical X-ray films, working in a compassionate and respectful manner. Your tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Performing a variety of procedures/studies accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the administration of contrast media in accordance with departmental policy and procedure.
- Preparing and positioning patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures.
- Obtaining high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images.
- Maintaining proactive, effective communication with patients and radiologists regarding any findings, patient histories, and test results as appropriate.
- Collaborating and conferring with all colleagues and members of the healthcare team.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
- State Registered Radiologic Technician.
- Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate.
