LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse- ICU

Geisinger Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an LPN in our ICU, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, according to policy and procedure.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making regarding the utilization of evidence-based practice.
- Precept and mentor new staff and students in a professional, positive manner.
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse - Default Issuing Body.
