About the Role

AJ Brauer Stone is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Associates in all aspects of the sales process, ensuring maximum revenue and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients, customers, and vendors.
  2. Assist Sales Associates with quotes, client packages, and order tracking, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  3. Support the sales team with pricing, product information, and market research.
  4. Assist with web lead generation, qualifying leads, and distributing information to sales management or sales team.
  5. Participate in sales events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  6. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Associate's or higher degree in business management, architectural design, interior design, or related field.
  • Stone and tile experience a plus; marketing and sales/sales support experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Valid driver's license and/or ability to provide own transportation to and from work location.
  • Bilingual highly preferred.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office and/or showroom environment. The employee may occasionally attend corporate events or client meetings in other work environments, such as a warehouse, quarry, or construction site.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with aid.
