The Store Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in assisting the Store General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the daily functions of the store.

This position is responsible for managing financial oversight, operational efficiency, team development, customer service, and adherence to compliance standards across various shifts to achieve optimal store performance, including enhanced sales, profitability, and employee retention.

The Supervisor assumes full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store General Manager.

Ideal candidates should be prepared to work extended and/or irregular hours, including additional shifts as necessary to maintain store operations.

This role operates under the direct supervision of the Store General Manager and aids in leading the store team.

Interactions will occur with team members, the General Manager, external vendors, field operations personnel, and customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspires and guides team members to surpass guest expectations through prompt and courteous service in a well-maintained environment.
  • Oversees and instructs team members on their roles, store offerings, procedures, and policies.
  • Adheres to cash management and security protocols while assisting in executing marketing strategies, managing inventory, overseeing labor, and utilizing financial reports to improve store outcomes.
  • Collaborates with the Store General Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, employment laws, food safety standards, and operational procedures across all shifts.
  • As a member of the management team, participates in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining effective team talent, contributing to decisions regarding hiring and promotions.
  • Engages in decision-making or recommendations regarding team member discipline and terminations.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrates consistent and timely attendance for scheduled shifts, meetings, and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; 2 years of college education is preferred.
  • Completion of all internal certification programs is necessary.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in store management is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize personal and team tasks effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Exhibits proficiency in the English language, enabling clear verbal communication and proficient reading comprehension.
