Regional Ministry Representative

Job Overview
The Regional Ministry Representative collaborates closely with the Director and Advisory Team to realize the vision of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), promote its mission, and embody its values by executing the ministry strategy for the assigned area.
Within the FCA Sports Environments, this role ensures the implementation of consistent discipleship practices, nurturing a culture of making disciples who, in turn, empower others to do the same.
This individual is tasked with upholding the FCA ministry in alignment with biblical principles and organizational guidelines.Ministerial Duties
- Uphold and adhere to FCA's Christian Community Statement.
- Maintain a personal spiritual routine, including daily prayer and scripture study.
- Offer spiritual mentorship to staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, scripture study, and personal example.
- Actively engage in a local church community.
- Conduct oneself in accordance with FCA's Christian values at all times.
Ministry and Talent Development
- Engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes through one-on-one meetings, Huddles, and Events.
- Train and support staff and volunteers to enable coaches and athletes to become effective disciples who make disciples within the Sports Environments.
Board and Donor Relations
- Collaborate with an Advisory Team committed to prayer, service, and support.
- Foster relationships with current and prospective financial supporters to achieve comprehensive funding.
- Manage regional finances efficiently and transparently.
International Collaboration
- Partner with the Director to serve the corresponding International Region through prayer, financial support, and active involvement.
Additional Information
Ideal Candidate: A dedicated and experienced disciple of Jesus Christ with a fervor for evangelism and disciple-making. A background in sports as an athlete or coach is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to connect with and support coaches effectively.
