Job Overview

Fundamentally, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our security project initiatives. With Firetrol Protection Systems, you will oversee the installation and management of security systems across various industries.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

We require an individual with strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge in security system installation, and excellent communication abilities. As a Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical personnel, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Applicable work experience in security system installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, and programming.
  • Prior experience as a project manager or coordinator in a similar industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Proficient in software applications relevant to security system management, such as Lenel and Software House/Kantech Products.
