Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on the role of Construction Project Manager at Energyficient Systems, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
