Clinical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Spurwink Services. As a Clinician, you will work in a school setting, providing individual and family therapy sessions to children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct psychosocial assessments, and provide individual and family therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, maintaining accurate records and updating treatment progress.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and Maine licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC).
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

An annual salary range of $57,000-$64,500 is offered based on licensure and years of experience, with a minimum billing expectation of 22 hours per week.
