Job Summary:

Donatech is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials and products meet the highest standards of quality and conformance.

Responsibilities:

* Inspect raw materials and manufactured items for conformance to specifications
* Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective action
* Conduct First Article Inspections and provide justification for rejected parts
* Maintain quality control records and recommend changes to quality methods and procedures
* Collaborate with engineering and purchasing teams to resolve quality-related issues

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2-3 years of experience in a decision-making role for First Article inspection
* Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop floor environment

Preferred Skills:

* GD&T knowledge and experience
* NDT experience and knowledge

Work Environment:

* Shop floor environment with reasonable noise levels
* Exposure to extreme heat, airborne particles, and loud noises

Physical Demands:

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit and stand for extended periods
* Ability to walk and/or climb stairs and ladder
* Ability to stoop and bend
