Clinical Care Provider

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Provider to join our team at UW Health Clinics. As a key member of our inpatient and ambulatory care teams, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing annual physical exams and managing the health maintenance needs of our family medicine population.
- Caring for the acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.
- Performing telemedicine visits and routine clinical procedures independently.
Requirements include:
- A Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program for Nurse Practitioners, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program for Physician Assistants.
- Active licensure and certification in the state(s) of practice, including prescriptive authority.
- Active board certification as a NP or PA in the area of clinical practice.
