Job Summary

The 1st Shift Material Handler for our Wright City facility is a key role in our production process. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving materials, primarily glass, using vacuum lift assist equipment and manual lifting and moving of mobile carts. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement and overtime pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Move materials using vacuum lift assist equipment and manual lifting and moving of mobile carts
  • Safely perform tasks and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and apply inspection procedures and tolerances to pass or reject materials and/or products
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Basic computer input and interface skills
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure
  • Stable work history with previous manufacturing/fabrication experience and/or mechanical aptitude preferred
