Daily Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, your daily tasks will include:

  • Executing patient treatments according to the established care plan.
  • Accurately documenting services and supporting charges.
  • Maintaining regular communication with supervising physical therapists regarding patient care and treatment plans.
  • Effectively managing patient care plans through timely collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and physicians.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or home health settings is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Nebraska or a compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire.
