Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Anticipate and respond to member and guest needs, providing clear direction and accurate information.
- Be knowledgeable about our membership plans, pricing, amenities, and services, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the member experience.
- Provide club tours, sell memberships, and assist members with upgrading their plans or booking personal training consultations.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve the member experience and implement ideas to drive engagement and retention.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Commit to delivering a fun and meaningful experience to every member and guest.
- Demonstrate a genuine and kind attitude when interacting with members and guests.
- Uphold VASA Fitness operational standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including following guest and member check-in processes and procedures.
