**Job Summary:**

As a key member of the Chilton Auto Body team, the Collision Repair Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring labor efficiency and quality maintenance across all departments. This role requires a strong understanding of touch time keys to keys and the ability to monitor and control material costs and ordering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure labor efficiency and productivity in all departments
  • Understand and implement touch time keys to keys to optimize production
  • Monitor and control material costs and ordering to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Perform daily safety walks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Sign off on all safety logs and reports as required
  • Communicate with employees and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage labor allocation and payroll to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CCC1 platforms and estimating systems
  • Ability to blueprint vehicles and create quality repair plans
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to lead and manage teams to achieve location goals and targets
  • Experience in performance management and career development
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check
