The Matrix Ventures organization is a leading player in the field of transfusion medicine, operating a large blood donation and supply chain network in Germany.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical or Scientific Specialist for Cell Therapies to join our team at our Frankfurt am Main location.

This is a full-time position, starting immediately, and is initially limited to 5 years as part of a third-party funded development project.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and produce genetically modified T-cell preparations for use in early phase clinical trials.
  2. Establish, validate, and execute quality control assays according to European Pharmacopoeia standards.
  3. Create and maintain documents (SOPs) and reports/protocols.
  4. Work in a GMP facility, adhering to strict safety protocols and wearing full-body protective gear.
  5. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines at all times.

Your Ideal Profile

  1. Hold a completed training as a medical laboratory technician, medical technical assistant, biological technical assistant, or a relevant bachelor's degree with initial professional experience.
