A1 Body & Glass, a family-owned auto body repair facility, is seeking a dedicated full-time Production Manager.
The Production Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the body shop, ensuring both the throughput and quality of repairs by effectively leading the production team in the Collision Repair and Painting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate a seamless and timely collision repair process while upholding the company's standards for operational practices and quality assurance.
- Delegate tasks efficiently by assessing the skills and training of technicians.
- Track and manage the time efficiency of technicians, including parts procurement and job completion timelines.
- Collaborate with Estimators to establish effective scheduling.
- Support management personnel as needed.
- Proven experience in auto body collision repair and refinishing processes.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and engage team members.
- Familiarity with CCC One software.
A valid driver's license is required.
