In this role, you'll meet with families in the Natchitoches, LA area to discuss preneed plans, which include life insurance policies and funeral services. You'll also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing any concerns that may arise.

We're offering a salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as uncapped commissions and generous volume bonuses. Plus, you'll have the chance to participate in annual incentive trips and sales contests for cash prizes.

So, what do you need to succeed?

• A Louisiana Life Insurance License (highly preferred)
• Funeral industry experience (highly preferred)
• An ethical approach to sales
• A proven track record of sales success
• Self-motivation and proactivity
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
• Verbal communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
• Comfortable working with user-friendly sales software and CRM software
• Ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Creativity and innovation
• A valid driver's license
