Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage and train a team of supervisors and associates to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to gaming and liquor sales.
  • Monitor and control cash and inventory levels to minimize losses and maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
