Position Overview: Customer Engagement Specialist
In this role, you will welcome members and visitors, uphold the Judgement Free zone, manage front desk operations, and encourage the sale of memberships and tanning products. A background in customer service, basic computer skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for fitness are essential. Reliability, punctuality, and outstanding communication abilities are critical. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Preferred experience in customer service
- Basic proficiency in computer usage
- Dependability and punctuality are essential
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CPR Certification AED/First Aid/CPR required
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent verbal communication in person or via phone during the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
