Job Summary:

As the Behavioral Health Director at CommonSpirit Health, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and work closely with community partners to recruit specialists and develop innovative models of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations, assign patient beds, and provide care to optimize resources and promote community wellness.
Analyze data to develop appropriate services and manage strategic planning to ensure program effectiveness.
Partner with the community to recruit specialists and develop integrated models of care.
Maintain effective services and meet diverse community needs.

Requirements:

Current RN license issued by the State of Oregon required.
5+ years behavioral health operations experience with at least 1 year in an inpatient setting.
2+ years supervisory experience.
Master's Degree in Nursing required, with emphasis in Psychiatric Mental Health strongly preferred.
