We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Westminster Communities FL. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our residential units, common areas, and Health Center rooms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and sanitize residential units, residents' rooms, and common areas, including stairwells, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
  • Responsible for sanitizing Health Center rooms after a move-out or prior to a move-in, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Ensure that dining areas are cleaned and sanitized at least twice daily, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Perform daily cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of assigned work areas, adhering to established schedules and protocols.
  • Remove garbage and biohazards from assigned areas, utilizing contracted vendors as necessary.
  • Perform cleaning duties and functions as contracted by independent residents, providing exceptional customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • A high school education or equivalent and up to one month related experience or training.
  • Desirable experience working with older adults in a healthcare setting, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
