Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Southwest Oral Surgery. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering outstanding oral surgery services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and provide a warm welcome to our office
• Schedule appointments and manage the doctor's schedule
• Provide cost estimates and collect patient payments
• Manage patient insurance information and update records as needed
• Optimize the doctor's schedule and prioritize tasks to ensure effective time management
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience
• Communicate treatment options and associated costs clearly to patients
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience.
