Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Soliant Education. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in promoting the academic and emotional well-being of students in the Escondido, CA area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to identify learning and behavioral needs of students.
  • Develop Individualized Plans: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide Counseling and Intervention Services: Offer counseling and intervention services to students to address academic, social, and emotional issues, promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Consult with Stakeholders: Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for student success, ensuring a collaborative approach to education.
  • Participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings: Contribute to decision-making processes and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of student needs.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree: Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid Credential: Hold a valid California School Psychologist credential.
  • Experience and Skills: Have experience working with K-12 students, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual Capability: Possess bilingual skills in English and Spanish, a plus in this role.
