Job Details:

Soliant Education is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position in the Escondido, CA area for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves working with K-12 students, providing psychological services to support their academic and emotional well-being. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students to identify learning and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other school staff.
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to students to address academic, social, and emotional issues.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for student success.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school environment that supports student growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid California School Psychologist credential.
  • Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
