Job Title: Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Miura America Co., Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, analyzing inventory levels, and ensuring timely shipments. They will also assist with the organization of company documents and participate in monthly inventory management tasks.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should also possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred, but not required. If you have a strong desire to learn and grow with a company, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and analyze inventory levels
  • Ensure timely shipments and accurate tracking
  • Organize company documents and maintain records
  • Participate in monthly inventory management tasks
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to the warehouse
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing throughout the day
  • Frequent use of computer equipment and software

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)
