We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of mixology and ability to create innovative cocktails.
