The Business Operations Coordinator role at First National Bank Alaska is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join our Central Loan Processing and Servicing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the units within the department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your expertise in training, procedures, desk manuals, reports, and project coordination will be invaluable in driving business success.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in a business-related field and three years of progressively responsible business operations experience. Alternatively, you could have five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience. We are seeking individuals with excellent analytical and logistical thinking skills, proficiency in financial figures and detailed documentation, and strong customer service skills. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will enable you to work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and customers.

We offer a competitive salary of $30.40 per hour, commensurate with job level and experience. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, and we provide a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
