Job Summary

Actalent is seeking a Quality Improvement Auditor to lead medical record audits, monitor and analyze clinical documentation, and modify business processes to measure member outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and quality improvement, with experience in clinical case reviews and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead medical record audits to assess provider performance and quality of care
  • Monitor and analyze clinical documentation to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Modify business processes to measure member outcomes and improve quality of care
  • Assess provider performance through clinical case reviews and written summaries
  • Perform ongoing quantitative and statistical analysis of business unit performance data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure audit requests are fully understood and delivered timely
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • 3+ years of nursing or quality improvement experience
  • Current state RN license
